Good morning everyone. I found you.
I miss my winter sucks thread. What a fitting day for it.
So how many times have you shovel so far?

I could scream at the Brick.
Still getting no where with our broken couch.
Less than a year old and it's broken. Call and they said it could take 2 weeks for a tech to make arrangements to look at it. Sure enough on the 10th day, he calls and scehdules an appointment.
Shows up 20 minutes late and says there's no way he can fix it. They will replace it. They may take up to 10 days to contact us.
It's been 10 days today so I call. The woman says they have a 3 week period for them to decide what they will do? WTH? What was the tech for? She said he just gives them a better idea of the problem but doesn't get to decide if it's repaired or replaced.
Now I have to wait until Feb 21st just to decide what they want to do. And then I'm guessing a few weeks more depending on that decision.
Seriously? 2 months with a broken couch we cannot use when it's less than 1 year old. Nice warranty.

Glad we spent all that extra money to get new couches from a "reputable" company that offers warranties rather than just get a cheapy one from liquidation world...
I saw a sectional there for $700 that I liked. Instead we paid $1800 (2 recliner couches) and one is already broken. *sigh*.

Well that was fun. I had about 15cm to do and it is still coming, took about an hour with the shovel. Going to warm up and go back out in a little while.
Love like crazy everyday and smile.
