Hi all. Popping in to say hi. Hope you all survived/are surviving the snow. I tell you, it's days like today I appreciate living in a basement apartment that has snow removal included.

Doing alright in my recovery. Been able to have some soft cheese fingers, in small bites. Calories sure do taste good.

i think I have a case of the winter blahs. I can't believe how unmotivated I have felt since after Christmas. My mat. Leave ending soon is contributing too I am sure.

going to visit an aunt tomorrow with the kids at an indoor playground...should help.

Hello everyone, I am so thrilled because I decided to just wash my favourite winter faux fur coat in the soak cycle on the machine, and dried it on gentle cycle in the dryer instead of doing the Dry Clean Only suggestion on the tag. I'm cheap!!! and I don't trust the dry cleaners process. I was lucky! It looks like brand new again! Bring on more snow! This is my warmest coat!

thanks Natalka, really have you ever just walked by an item and drooled?, see it is sadly the only one of it's kind on the rack, looked at the size and said " oh too bad, it is too small for me" only to try it on and VOILA! A perfect fit. Then see it is also on rock bottom sale too? I couldn't cash out quick enough that day...that was in the winter of 2006!!

Happy Monday. In quite a bit of pain this morning. Hope you all have a good start to the week. Gonna try to get some sleep.

Hi win, where ya been? Morning everyone. It's Monday guess it back to the same oh, same oh stuff eh?

I had to change all my dinner party meal plans for yesterday because it ended up being 94 degrees By 9:30 am it was 81, so I went from an oven baked meal (most of it) to salads and a bbq. OMG...it was soooo hot, we couldn't even sit outside until about 5pm, then finally a bit of a breeze started up.....I think I lost 22 pound just from the sweat, Our park blew a transformer about 7pm from all the air conditioner units being run (I think) and we all lost power. At least the power company was really good and they were out within an hour and we all had power again by 9:30. My party went off wonderful and everyone had a fabulous time, even with all the hiccups
