Tonight my hubby is monitoring the bon fire at our towns winter carnival...they need a fireman on site at all times. I will make my way over there with a special treat for him later on into his shift. Lst night DH bought me a ton of fudge and candy coated pretzels and then we went to dinner. The food and entertainment was amazing.

Good morning, How is everyone on this beautiful Friday morning?
Hope you all had a great and love filled Valentine's.

Decided to go to Metro but took a taxi which cost like $5.60. I bought my groceries but also a few items for my dinner on wed night which appears to be 1 person coming now. I bought the Chocolate Boston custard cake for $6.99..looks really good and is supposed to be good till next fri.

Nah no car in the future. I don't have a license and don't wan't one. I wouldn't make a good driver and know it so don't lol.

that was what I thought too....and at the ripe old age of 34 I went and got my license.

Not that I can't I just don't want to lol. I have attention deficit and am always nervous in certain situations. I don't mind taking the bus or walking but it was -25 today so took a taxi. For work I get a ride to and from work with a co-worker who lives just a few blocks away. ;)

morning all. busy day today. up early to get in on some vday deals. pffft none to be had. sad. everything was either still reg. price at WM or just not cheap enough for me yet. picked up some jelly beans at the dollar store.. help with the huge sugar cravings..
yesterday i got a pot of daffodils from hubby so 'sunny' in my window ;)

well the treats were loved and devoured in about 30 seconds. then they wanted more.

I think I am ADHD as well. I have a hard time focusing when I have to read, and I am terribly impulsive (not a good thing after a few beverages ;) ). I just focus on other things when I am driving, like watching for speed traps

I was REALLY nervous about driving, but my sensitivity made me a better driver because I am so much more aware of what is going on around me. Couple that with my lead foot, and I should be driving race cars :)

If you do not need it and do not want it, that is your choice, but I always think that it is a good idea to try to do everything once. If you fail, at least you can say you gave it an honest go.

Ok, I don't feel so bad now... I JUST got my G2 last year, I can go for my G license any time now. Driving used to scare the bejeesus out of me but now I actually love it! I'm not crazy about winter driving, mind you, but I'm a good driver and I'm pretty confident now!

My Ryan has the exact same shirt. Those darn angry birds are addictive!

He is addicted to all things Angry Birds! It's hard to find a shirt in his size so that one is a little big... can ya tell we compromised? They were supposed to wear red/pink yesterday so we agreed on a red shirt underneath lol

I feel the same way. I have anxiety and get pretty panicky in stressful situations so a incense wouldn't be a good thing for me to have.
