Good morning ladies, Dan. Hope your mornings started off well and that you all have an amazing day! I'm in a great mood today, no, not a great mood, a FANTASTIC mood!!!! The sun is shining and I can feel the warmth coming in through the window, I'm working on my great escape from this place and I actually got a really good nights sleep last night. It's amazing what a good night sleep will do for a person :)

Yes, we have a mortgage. Sadly we will for awhile yet. lol. Pretty sure we can opt out, but I'll look into it! Thanks FP.

Good to know about the interest rates too! They really dont seem to want to answer me. I just want to know why! Guessing it's because there is no real reason why, they just want more money?? I'll definitely be calling every few days until I get some kind of answer!
