Yep, it's been fun, lots of swimming. I taught my grandson how to swim....no fear these kids. Only 4 days after feel secure swimming in the deep end of the pool without any floatation devices he wanted me to show him how to dive....so I did, and he did....several belly flops later, he said to me "Grandma, I think you are leaving something out" :lolsign:

im slowly getting better, bit by bit. unfortunately my mind is on a very dear family member right now who's needing all my thoughts and prayers. didn't sleep well last night. today is also my parents anniversary. i can't believe next year will be 60 years. WOW.
mrs. sunshine - my parents also were married today. today would have been their 40th wedding anniversary.
another nice day here! I love this weather. although, I do kinda wish it was abit hotter. the girls are dying to go swimming and its just too cool for that.
a gf of mine is a really fantastic cake decorator and we were talking and she told me that you can buy sobey's icing in bulk from them. my goodness they make the best icing! definitely getting it for dds birthday cakes and the big family reunion cake i'm doing. yum!
I have to work this afternoon so i'll be taking the girls to the bizzy bees playground again before work. took them to a really nice park yesterday for a couple hours - time went by so quick. I cant seem to tire these little monkeys out haha

One of my co-workers is getting married in Sept and they cant afford to go one long honeymoon so they are having a mini-moon and going to a little cottage town 4 hours from here. Funny thing is last month at a Blue Jays game I won a 4 hour glass boat cruise with dinner for 2 for this exact town. Since its so far and out of our way fiance and I have been wondering who to give it to, so I decided to give it to my coworker. She was soooo happy! I am so glad it didn't go to waste and someone will use it and enjoy it! YAY what a great day!
