Sigh
Crummy Friday over here... We're supposed to be going to a Santa Clause parade tomorrow and dinner at a friends... Not sure that's gonna happen now!
Also on our weekend list: putting on snow tires, building a set of stairs for the hottub, hanging Christmas lights and some groceries.
not a whole lot planned for our weekend either..
830am tomorrow gymnastics with the kids, i'd like to stop in at CT and pick up a few things for DH for christmas, ive got a tea party in the playroom downstairs to attend with 2 little darlings, sunday we'll go get our christmas tree and decorate that...also do the redemption at SDM on sunday. ive only got enough for $105 so i'll be getting some stocking stuffers, couple small things for DH and the rest groceries.
busy and long day here. never even peeped in here at all.. sorry folks. working hard to finish all projects for sunday. running around to get last minute details taken care of with really unneeded road blocks. finagled hubby and son to do groceries today.. tomorrow is another busy one.. cleaning, baking.. and preparing for sunday. crossing my fingers it all works out and things go well.
Wow, you ladies have some great weekends planned :)
Add me to the list of mega/super (whatever they are calling it) SDM redemption shoppers. 3 for me but I may hold 1 back and a 105 for DH.

Here is a pic of our ceiling decorations. DD's 4th bday party is Sunday so I've been doing little bits today (and tomorrow) to get ready.
She's so excited! DH is taking the kids to Church alone Sunday morning so I can finish the decorating and set out her presents. I can't wait to see the look on her face when it's all done. :)
nicely done Lola!!! wow. looks awesome. bet she is going to be so excited and surprised!
Holy Cow Lola!!!!! That is amazing!!!!!!
lola, was that hard? i saw that idea on pinterest back in the summer and wanted to do it for my dd1s carnival theme b-day but didnt know if i'd be able to do it.
Honestly it was SUPER easy and cheap!
4 plastic table cloths from the $ store each cut in 2 (length-wise). Then the balloons - we used thread to string them together since you can't really see it. Thumb tacs to keep things up. Took about 30 minutes with DH and I working together.
wow, it looks really stellar! *makes mental notes* i'll try it next year for sure, dd1 already wants a strawberry shortcake party and well, dd2 is gonna be 3 so i can still call the shots on that one lol
Off to bed, have a full day planned tomorrow.
I'll try and post more party pics over the weekend. I think I get more excited than the kids! lol
By the way, TRU has Candyland on for $8.97 - $5 coupon (popcorn box).
Got it today for Christmas :)
