Just got home. WHAT A DAY!

A freakin' U-HAUL truck hit the back of my van while I was in shopping at SDM. I had to spend 2 hours at the police station this morning (to do the stupid report).

Finally got the cake picked up and 2 redemptions in (i think I'll do my last one tomorrow).

ya know something tells me i should have just stayed in bed.. the running around i've done so far.. mostly set up for the bazaar by myself and as hubby took kids on an errand. not impressed.. then as im going to decorate my cake i find out my son ate the 'lights' (mini m'm's) so guess who was sent up to the store to get more. he'll learn. he was all im sorry mom.. i had no idea.. they were just sitting there. ??? really kid?? wow. anyway off to get more done.. nearly there. im so tired.

So.. i'm gonna learn to knit. Go some nice...yarn? Wait, what do they call it? Fabric?

Got some pretty..stuff.. and some ... pointy things, and my mom said she'll teach me (and some TY videos)

Bella - WTG! I've tried, and I just don't have 'it' to be able to knit, or crochet... I'm great at other needlework, though - cross-stitching, crewel, embroidery, etc. Good luck!

Thanks Nat! It looked so easy watching the girl at the bake sale make some. She finished TWO the whole time we were there, from 10am-3pm. and she took breaks. She let me take a picture for future reference.

I got 90% of my shopping done today:)
And rest I know what I want to get...just need to wait till after the next pay day:(

It took me soooooo long to get home yesterday, it seems that people have forgotten how to drive in the snow. We got less than an inch and the roads were so bad they cancelled the GO buses so I took the train and the signal malfunctioned so we were stuck between stations for half hour on top of the train already travelling slower than usual bleh

Today was just catching up on housework and a trip to the Makers Market to look for Christmas gifts and a very bad for you lunch.

I had a grille cheese sandwich with tomato and onion and 2 types of cheese and deep fried risotto and goats cheese balls (borrowed pic to show the oooey gooeey inside)with marinara sauce

I just gained 5 lbs looking at all that food :)
