I lucked out!! They were on sale for $7.99. I could have spent an hour or more browsing in there though, ( I love shiny new kitchen things ) but had to pick up DD from the subway straight after, so in a way she saved me money!! lolQuote:

busy day here. tackling many things today.. laundry, homemade chicken fingers, finishing off a christmas display, making our beds. vacuuming upstairs, putting finishing touches on some gift baskets.

dh is off to get my muffler fixed.. hope its cheap.. my son 'works' aka co-op at the garage he's going to.. hoping my son can do the work..make it cheaper..

RELAXING!! The baptism went beautifully...two sweet little twins, the kids are driving home from Deerhurst golf resort, we just cam back from DQ (shhh...Walks, don't tell anyone on the diet thread!)...I keep getting arrested by the cops and tossed in jail for misrepresenting myself as an ambulance driver...doncha love Playmobile?! LOL!! AND my PACK are winning, so all's well with the world...! I hope everyone is having a great Sunday.

LOL.. its actually and old ceramic planter pot i painted red.. and then painted branches white, stuck them in a smaller vase, put that inside the bigger one. filled with christmas roses and moss.. looks very pretty.. needed it done before it got too cold as paint doesn't work well in cold weather.. its going in my dining room then back outside once the end of November hits.. no worries.. thats all the xmas stuff im doing for now.
