Actually, at the point it is at now, it's quite the opposite! Things piled everywhere, stuff upended, half gone through, etc.
Son took lots of bags and boxes full of things for donation on Saturday, and there are bags full yet to go - sitting in the living room, with more to come.
It's not easy doing the whole house at once, because you don't have 'putting away' places, gah!

I guess I shouldn't have used the word 'cleaning' yet - not there yet, too much 'cleaRing' to do first!

I'm so limited as to what I can do at once (weak hands, bad back, bad knees....) or else I would be out of it altogether... and that just can't happen.
Was so very happy that my husband is home for another two days - using his vacay to work around the house makes him the bestest sweetheart EVER!
Plus, our son gave up his weekend to work on this, too - pretty awesome!

I'm tired just thinking about the day...

LOL so your house DOES look like mine then..
im going to try and tackle it this afternoon.. we have to take care of some school stuff for our son first.
the bigger pile dh has to go through... decide what amongst the xmas stuff he wants to keep.. its 3/4 lights.
seriously.. im the one who has to decorate. if it were up to me.. buh bye.
