afternoon all.
spent the morning with my family at the hospital with my Dad. had our own little service. he even wore his medals.
it was quite emotional. not one i'll soon forget.
quiet week. getting caught up on errands, house cleaning. (busy weekend didn't get to it). maybe a little painting.
hope everyone is enjoying their gloomy Monday.

finally broke down and pulled out he big Wool Winter Coat, scarf, and gloves this morning...brrrrr
morning Dan.. yep time for them woolies for sure.
Nat.. unfortunately he's not doing well.. were hoping and praying he improves ALOT over the next day or so after 1.5 week in the hospital he's getting antsy.
That's too bad, MrsS - I will keep including him in my prayers.
It's warmed up here a bit, we should get above zero for the next few days.

Packing for my trippy to TO with our DD to meet up with my SIL and their Daughter for a couple of days of "girl time"!! I'm so blessed to have a Daughter who still wants to "hang out" with her old Mom....!:tongue:

On my older car, my tires are almost gone ... still driveable for until end of summer coming up ... but since I share that car with my mom .. my mom wanted winter tires ... I had to replace them :mad: .... I wanted all season tires.
We never had winter tires before and my mom got into the hype of it. In the 8 -9 years I've been driving ... I never had trouble with all seasons tires ... what a waste of my money and I also have to buy another set of tires for summer and my mom didn't even want to help me with the payment .
I wish I didn't buy the winter tires
