I'm not sure I told you but I'm getting audited by Revenue Canada so I spent a good part of the day starting the process of gathering the "back up" documents that they need. Like letters from doctors proving that I needed to go to particular specialists in other cities. And that I really showed up! I'm exasperated but there's no fighting CITY HALL as they say.
I took a baby gift over to my neighbour who had a baby boy last Friday.
I made some clean-up moves to prepare for our open house tomorrow (WHO will be looking at houses on Thanksgiving weekend???) I hope LOTS of people!!

We're sharing a Thanksgiving meal with my best friend from out of town and my brother. My friend will bring her "pooch" so our doggies will have a visitor too! LOL! They've spent time together before - so they're used to each other.

Well.. today im very thankful... i received my xmas present early.. only because dh KNOWS I'll be able to use it at LEAST once a week if not more.
its Kitchen aid mixer.. i've wanted one for YEARS..
its a 600W. huge.. its White Pearl.. so pretty.. dh said they couldn't sell the color. so they clearanced them out..i don't freakin care what color it is.. as long as it beats my bananas.. im a happy girl

but what the heck am i going to get him to beat that LOL.

Good news to report from me - YES! We found a place to rent!

It's a teeny tiny little old house in a very awesome neighbourhood, and in our budget!

The stress has just poured off, it's amazing to just have that done.

So on to continue with the hard work of downsizing and packing!

I'm so very thankful!

Happy thanksgiving to everyone. We had our big dinner sat night at my cousins place. About 30 people there and he makes these crazy mini twice baked stuffed potatoes. So time consuming but taste awesome. Have to boil and scoop out all these little tiny potatoes and then season and stuff back in. Its his go to dish and pretty damn good lol.
