    Caramilk bars are but don't think the hersheys kisses are.

    Normally you don't. You don't earn base points but if there are BP attached then you get those, which is how this worked.

    haha I wish! I so totally would but considering the bars weigh 100g alone I'm not quite sure I'd be willing to cover all the extra postage the coupons would then take up.
