I had the same problem with Internet explorer on my PC...so tried the ipad and no problem!
The "get my samples" logo was not even showing on my PC????
Maybe try through another web browser...

Weird that I didn't get offered the dog food, since I have a dog and said I had a dog and feed it "other"... Maybe the dog food is offered at random as well. I wouldn't feed my dogs Iams anyway so doesn't matter really, I was just surprised.

Got 9 and from what Im reading I didnt get the dog food one wich is odd as I picked dogchow for the option as I wanted the Iams if it was offered , but didnt get it offered lol . Oh well happy with the 9
