I received this e-mail too, and am just happy that I am getting an FPC. It was an error...we all make them. It looks like Garnier is definately taking responsibility for this and sending out a ton of free product!
Thanks Garnier

I think the company is handling it well. I didn't expect that they would send a fpc, but I think it's a good decision on their part. Mistakes happen. How someone deals with the mistake is what is important, and I think they are dealing with it well.
I didn't get the same letdown feeling as some others did, because when I saw the OP on the weekend, I checked my email and had the error email, as the winning email had gone to my junk box.
There was supposed to be 20,000 winners of the first week's sample. I wonder if all 20,000 people that entered got the false winning email. That will now mean 20,000 fpc...Last edited by super807; Tue, Sep 18th, 2012 at 12:18 PM.

Probably because of all the threats is y they are offering the fpc... I was happy with the appology but those that went overboard, could have actually won in court, but to save time and money, by offering a REASONABLE. Settlement, no one can take this to court... They would get fined for wasting the courts time... I guess they are just covering their buts lol... But eitherway, i am exctatic with the fpc.. Cant wait to try the product.....
I do feel bad for the company though....Just launched my new website, come take a look (headbands for all ages, and more to come)
