Clarification on bell rebate cheques

I was told so many different things when I inquired about it, one rep said I am not getting it( I have had a landline for years and received the letter back in nov/dec 2010). another rep said I am not getting it,(no reason as to why), another rep said it was mailed to me on Feb 28th, another rep said it would be mailed from such a date in March to the 29th of March, he told me if I do not get it then to call the Deferral Department(??), anyways I am just confuzzled about the whole thing but I guess I can only wait and see what happens, thanks for posting the info about this for us,

No it was decided before bell got that fine. And yes it had to do with the DNC list. ppl were not getting put on the list by agents and bell got a huge huge fine

Does this have to do with the penalty Bell had to pay recently?? I can't rem the details but i think it had to do with the no call list thing...not sure lol

WOW so sorry you could not get a straight answer. Unfortunatly that happens all the time. Escepially home phone. everytime I call home phone billing I have just as many problems as you did. Not fun and I'm another agent. Bell has said that they were going to correct the problem of the home phone agents but so far nothing has changed. Sorry again that you had to go through all that. It's no fun

It's probably a third party calling. They are not bell. They are authorized dealers. It's a really really sneaky way to get around the DNC list. Worst thing is that bell cant get in trbl for it as they are not actually bell. Very very sneaky on bells part
