Hot Chocolate Heaven!

Over the past year my aunt has been buying us dollarama GC's for birthdays, xmas etc.
She is obsessed with that place, and me... not so much!! She gave me a $25 one for my birthday and I really honestly did NOT know what to do with it.

Well this morning I was clearing out my wallet and found it, thought about it for a bit and decided to bus over there with DS. It was going to be a long boring day if we didn't do anything anyways...

Scoping out the aisles, toys looked cheap..
Dog/cat treats, cheaper with coupons..

Couldn't find anything, but decided to go down the food aisle. I saw the Carnation Hot Chocolate for $2 a box and started debating it... DH has been on me for a while about buying some to mix into his morning coffee..

For some odd reason I decided to look up on the top of the shelves and holy heck...
Cases upon cases of Carnation Hot Chocolate with the FPC Aero & Chocolate Coupons, I was SOLD!!

Had to ask a worker to grab them for me, at first he didn't get it he kept hinting that the boxes on the shelf were just as good as the ones still in the cases.


SO I purchased...

20x Carnation Hot Chocolate = $2 each

Total;; $40
Total After GC;; $15

For $15 I now have 20 boxes of hot chocolate (200 packets) and 20 sets of the coupons.

When do the coupons expire? I didn't know they realized new ones for this season. I'll have to look for them.

Awesome. I bought 2 boxes at walmart today and wish I had only paid $2, completely forgot to look at dollarama but I am looking forward to that FREE peppermint tree.

I am well stocked on Hot Chocolate from there too!!! Last year when the took coupons at the dollar store I bought 50 boxes, I used a $.50 coupon on each making them $1.50 and each with a Stouffers FPC on the box!!!! I thought it was a pretty frickin awesome deal too!! lol!
