I sent herbal essences a email expressing how unimpressed I was with this promotion and asking where I could find the sample sizes. They did not tell me where too get them. But they are sending me a coupon for a free full size product!!

Maybe it's just the skeptic in me, but I have a feeling they never had any intention of putting out a trial size of this shampoo at all. What they did do was draw our attention in hopes that we will remember the brand and buy it next time with our $1 coupon (big whoop by the way)- and they have most likely succeeded with many of us. I, however, will never use the shampoo just out of spite and distaste for a retailer that seems to have mislead its customers just for attention. I'm a very fickle consumer when I have choice.

jessep13 Yes, when I sent my msg to them on fb on Feb 1, I got a response Feb 2 telling me to email, which I did & I got a reply on Feb 3 saying I'd be mailed a full sized product. (New York location). My Mr. also has the FPC, so he emailed Feb 6, and Feb 8, but hasn't received a reply.

My Mr. got a reply today & she said the same thing, she'll mail a full sized product. I certainly hope they do. Meanwhile, I used the coups & got them for $1 at NF.

I emailed them from my account and from my fiances. I got 2 completely different responses. One was so sad too bad basically, the other was they are sending me a coupon for a full size product.

You could check your favorite online retailer to see if they have the product you want. Because their stock supplies are always changing, we can't tell you what any retailer has at any given time. Your best bet is to check their sites from time to time.

Extremely disappointed in their response, given that I am long time consumer and fan of their products. Plus I wasn't mean or anything, I even provided some helpful suggestions.

Not going to bother emailing them but at least the RSS had the shampoo on for 2.00 tonight , used the coupon and got shampoo for 1.00 , not bad , but very unimpressed with their promo .
