Yah the reply I got didn't even offer me a $2 off or FPC and basically just said Sorry.
The way they give one thing to one person, and nothing to another is just weird.
I bet So many people will complain....

i wrote a email telling them i was disappointed that I couldn't find it and they sent me an apology email and said they were going to send me a coupon for a free herbal essences product of my choice

I emailed as well and received a lengthy email back. They recommended using the $1 coupon then there was a line that customers are important to them and I will receive a FPC coupon as well. It was signed by Amber.
I couldn't find them any where. My local Shoppers had the blue ones (don't know the name)

The blue ones are the "Hello Hydration" collection, which is available at a lot of retailers.
I agree with what someone wrote earlier about treating everyone equally. Hoping for an email soon from them.

Just received another standard answer from Kendrick, again none of my issues and concerns were addressed. Ugh! I am only trying 1 more time before I walk away from disgust (at least for a little while).

Well I managed to wrangle something out of them. Not quite an FPC, but at least they read my email, apologized, and are sending a $2 coupon.
