I have the house to myself this am so plan to clean,wrap,prezzies,put out more halloween stuff,do laundry..Still pondering doing a redemption...
We are giving out mini playdoo,bears paws,and mini chocolate bars,how bout YOU?

We are giving out goldfish crackers. I just couldn't bring myself to buy candy to hand out to all the little kids knowing that every other house has it and its soo bad for them! I love the playdough idea! I saw a pin on pintrest for making pumpkin play doh. You colour it orange, add some pumpkin pie spices and then wrap it up with a tag saying what it is. Im not about to make over 100 of those though....maybe for DS1's class though! That might be fun.

I thinking I've been MIA for the last couple of days... time to catch up on some answers!

Shave/Wax - Shave... had an unfortunate waxing incident on Christmas Day at my Mom's a couple years back.. never ask your two older sisters to help! I'm good on shave gel, I usually just use soap in the shower! BUT.. if anyone has Venus razors in their stockpile, I'm down to my last one! I like the kind with the wider head that's flexible.. otherwise, I knick my knees and ankles with the regular kind!

Binder/Case - I have a binder at home and just take the coupons I need for each shopping trip. However, I've been caught many times by an unadvertised sale and kick myself for not having my coupons. An Etsy type bag that has been posted would be great, I wouldn't keep everything in there, but it would be a good supply to have on hand with me at all times.

Favorite Coupon - Hmm.. Any of the $2 off frozen pizza (Panabello/Delissio) would be great as my BF can eat an entire one as a snack. Trying to eat healthier, so any FPC for wholegrain/wholewheat bread, FPC cottage cheese would come in handy. The $1.50 Wheat thins too.

Banana Bread - I'm likely the oddball in the bunch... but no thank you. I like it, but had so much growing up that it's not my favourite anymore..

Stockpile items - yes to the Bounce, or any other dryer sheet really, getting down to the last 2 boxes! No thank you to the other items.

Also.. noticed in the blog thread there was a deal on magazines via Groupon for $11.. If my buddy is still short on ideas, I'd love either of those magazines, the Style at Home, or Canadian Gardener...

Awesome! DD likes getting snacks for treats as I am more likely to say yes eat then for candy at random times! Making sone playdoh soon but would not want to make 100! I buy the minis at costco..I usually buy 3 bags but only bought one this year as I got such a great deal(almost free)on the other stuff. Kids big and small love the playdoh!!

my buddy has not been on much. hope all is well.
yucky weekend here. raining, cold. blegh.
and i did something yesterday and hurt my back.. so im now barely moving but trying to keep moving. basically im in agony and Advil ain't touching it.
i picked up some stocking stuffers today for my kids.
as for halloween we still haven't decided what to do. if its raining were not going to have any if a few kids. and its supposed to be cool and rainy. chances are most kids on nights like that are taken to malls instead. besides where we are we barely ever get any kids as nobody is into it anymore. used to be every neighbor decorated. now its like 1 out of every 50 houses.
well. now to conquer some tasks like making the bed and laundry/dishes..

well I was wrapping and trying to figure out days then I was trying to puppy proof my house ....then I decided I would go to SDM and spend some of my points....well I get there and yes I find kuponkleptos buddy most wished for item *shocked* but then they tell me I can't buy electronics whole reason I went out tonight....and the roads were crappy !!! so here is what I bought :

nothing, I live in a low rise apartment building so no trick or treaters ever come.

So i've decided to hold a games night once a month (apparently these are the things one does when kids prevent you from ever leaving the house past 7:30 haha) and we stayed up playing crib last night until 3 in the morning. That game is ridiculously fun, especially with a very competitive boy vs girl battle to pump things up. OMG love those kind of nights!

HOWEVER the 6:30 am "Mom I'm hungry!" wake up calls are not nearly as enjoyable.....

weather update - It snowed AGAIN last night. off to shovel....AGAIN!

if it makes you feel better, it is supposed to rain for the next 5 DAYS!!!! here in Ontario (including Halloween -I hope they are wrong as DD is super excited) oh and it raining today too!

though I did go to an awesome mum to mum sale today and picked lots of great deals on clothes toys and books for DD - including a vintage fisher price airplane which I am going to save for christmas

I'm having a hard time with that too...I want to give them all on day 1!! I have no idea how to sort them out. I do know which one will be for Christmas day but I know it will kill me to wait and hear my buddy's reaction, I'm such a child...LOL

question : what do you use to carry your coupons around in...if you used a binder would you like a home made bag to carry it in ? or would you like a smaller one simmilar to the ones ppl bought off etsy...like a lunch bag type ? I use a plastic accordion folder when I go shopping. I don't think I need an etsy one.

Just caught up on 10+ pages. I've been very busy lately with work and life in general. My head wounds are healing really well after last weekend's cat attack.

So, I went to a Murder Mystery Masquerade Party last night at a friends house. This was the third Halloween that they've thrown a Murder Mystery. Again, it was so much fun! Over 30 guests, who were all different characters! It was a great party!
