What happens if a parcel isn't delivered by the expected delivery date online? Do we get a refund?

Hmm... I don't know. I bet Jez or Peachy is best to answer that. My *guess* would be it would depend on the circumstances involved. (IE: huge ice storm and everything is shut down = waaay outside of their control)

buy new ones .. kidding.. if its grease etc i'd use resolve. thats what i use on the guys stuff. sometimes it takes alittle extra oomph.. maybe some Borax added to the wash. or oxyclean.

how much do you pay per day??? that is insane ours is max $30 a day if you don't get subsidy ( I think Manitoba is the lowest)

I am pretty sure the highest is in Ontario from what I have heard at a low end of $57 a day

HA!! 35 a day is a decent dayhome rate here 40-50 per day is the usual day care rate depending on the age of your kids. sadly, i've had enough bad experiences with dayhomes that it's daycare or nothing at this point and if it's daycare, part time is really the most that will happen because really, who can afford those rates? I seriously don't know how people have kids and survive in this city. No wonder oil and gas pays so much hahahaha

Ours goes down with the older they get, just glad that I only have 3 more years to pay for daycare and then I have no clue what the h**k I would spend $800 a month on, hmmm maybe shoes
