I have a couple of cooking aprons and my Epicure apron I wear to do parties with but I never seem to remember to put them on until I realize I have just ruined another outfit by wiping my hands on my clothes Maybe I should try harder to remember...LOL

Because I'm always looking for Downy Unstoppables, Cascade ActionPacs, toothpaste, razors, pantene or head&shoulders.........yet I have stuff like Febreeze car vents, Febreeze Set&Refresh, Tide Pods, CrestWhiteStrips, etc... that I don't use and would happily give away!

MMmmm....I think it's gonna happen before Saturday at this rate (but my cold's gotten worse and I feel like hell so I'm kinda disappointed now! go figure). Good luck in 9 weeks. All I can say is get some sleep while you can cause this false labour crap is the pits! Oh, and none of the 'early signs of labour' actually seem to match the descriptions. There was A LOT of googling going on last night at 4 in the morning! lol. All I'm paying attention to at this point is contractions 3 mins apart for 30 mins straight = get my butt to the hospital.

thanks!!! this is my second pregnancy. with my first my water broke before i started having contractions. i slept well thru my first pregnancy and same thing with this one so far. it makes me wonder if my water will break first with this one too!! Kinda has me concerned whether or not it will happen when i am out somewhere....LOL. may be time to invest in some depends......hahahahaha. hopefully for your sake baby decides to come soon!!!!!

Haha - yah, I bought a car detailing Groupon for myself about a month ago. My car needs it big time, and I was going to use it before LB's born, but then thought perhaps I should hold off and get it done AFTER I've given birth. You never know what's going to happen!

Hmm okay I have a different answer I've thought of! Jez, is it how many times people try to guess who is or isn't their buddy???

PammieD - I can't imagine how it's feeling right now to be overdue. I was lucky enough to have Jackson a week earlier than my due date! And false contractions are a big pain in the butt!! On the friday morning, I woke up and starting having contractions like 10 minutes apart and then they got even closer together. My husband starting running around like a madman grabbing all our hospital bags and whatnot. Then they slowed down. So we waited. Then they stopped. So I let him go to work. Off and on for the WHOLE day, I had contractions here and there. Sometimes 10 minutes apart, sometimes 30 minutes apart, sometimes they'd go away for awhile. By 11pm at night, we were exhausted so we tried to go to bed. Husband fell right asleep and was snoring away. I tried my best, but I couldn't sleep because now they were about 10 minutes apart and little did I know at the time, but was starting to have back labour. So for the whole night, I tried to lay down, or I'd pace around the house. At one point around 3am, I was sitting in the bathroom reading "What to Expect When Your Expecting" LOL :D By 5am, I couldn't take it any longer, so I woke my husband up and we headed to the hospital to get checked out. When they told me I was 5cm dilated already, I let out a big "Oh Thank GOD!" and everyone laughed. We then had to drive 30 minutes away because our local hospital doesn't deliver babies (lame, i know!) and they highly suggested we take an ambulance, but I was like umm no this baby is not coming out in 30 minutes. So hubby and I sped off to the next hospital in record time, LOL, and baby was out by noon! Labour sucked, especially if you had the major back pain like I did, but all I took was the gas and we almost had to go for an emergency c-section because the cord was wrapped around his neck, but I pushed that baby out and it was the proudest moment of my life!! Anyways, just thought I'd share with you Good luck Pammie!

If you mix the smirnoff marshmallow with chocolate schnapps and milk you are drinking a "smore". Soooo tasty. But sweet.
