I only buy clothes if they are on clearance, or a super discount, if that counts? Or, already on my list, the Dove Nourishing Oil Shampoo & Conditioner.. it's my favourite, but I won't buy it without an HV coupon, as I cannot spend more than $1 on shampoo...

I have an apron I never remember to wear while cooking but do occasionally put on while baking. I got my son a really cute one last year with a matching chef's hat, he loves to wear it while he's playing in his kitchen. So cute!

OMG, my oldest and my youngest fight ALL THE TIME, they're 15 and 10. You would think they'd learn to get along by now but no... And my middle one (12) is staying out of it, it's actually hillarious to watch some time!

My brother is 5.5 yrs younger than me (no others in between - not by my parents' choice). It's way too many years between in my opinion (at least growing up as kids). I was starting uni while he was going into grade 9 etc. We were in totally different worlds. Now, at 31 & 26 we're way better and have started getting along for the first time ever I think! Your middle one's smart for standing back lol.

Will someone be taking a video or lots of pictures? If there's anything I regret about my deliveries, it's not having pics or videos to look back on. And I can't remember who said it (Mrs. Sunshine maybe?) but, the best advice certainly is to enjoy every minute of your baby's infancy and childhood (and even those crazy teenage years because they're certainly the most fun!) because it does go by much too fast.

I can't wait to see pics of your baby .

To be honest, I probably won't post on here when it's 'go time'...on FB yes ('Baby Watch 2012' is a frequently updated in my status b/c of all the calls/texts I was getting all the time). Perhaps one of the ladies I'm connected to on FB will update you guys when it's go time?

MMmmm....I think it's gonna happen before Saturday at this rate (but my cold's gotten worse and I feel like hell so I'm kinda disappointed now! go figure). Good luck in 9 weeks. All I can say is get some sleep while you can cause this false labour crap is the pits! Oh, and none of the 'early signs of labour' actually seem to match the descriptions. There was A LOT of googling going on last night at 4 in the morning! lol. All I'm paying attention to at this point is contractions 3 mins apart for 30 mins straight = get my butt to the hospital.

Question for the nail polish junkies here...Have any of you tried the Orly gel nail kit from SDM? Also, does anyone know if the uv light only works with the orly products? I am contemplating getting it at the Mega Redemption in Dec as a prezzie to myself!

Curious if anyone has had luck or not so much luck with them!

I'm a FREAK when it comes to polishes...for some reason, the gel polishes bug me and I end up picking them off within a week of having it done (as soon as there's too much space grown out b/w my cuticle and the polish). Ends up destroying my nails. Even I can admit that this is a freakishly ridiculous tendency...I'm interested in the DIY set though cause the cost would be cheaper than getting them done weekly at my nail place.

I reckon the UV light would work with any of the appropriate gel products though (axxium, shellac etc) as it's just a light. The strength of the light or whatever may make a difference though - commercial vs. retail quality. Keep me posted if anyone's tried it. I'm curious now!

Apron = negative good buddy (have one that I always forget to use/wash because it gets dusty! *sad*)
Samples = mmm....the little individual cottenelle wipes would be great. I think I keep getting them from SDM mail outs? (totally made that up though)

I'm heading to Esapnola for the weekend. I'm keeping my mom company when she takes Tyler(her grandson/my nephew) to his Camp Quality Camp Reunion(summer camp for children who have survived cancer or are going through cancer treatments--my nephew is a survivor )

I have my coupons packed and plan to stuff 3 trains. I planned it that way. I am also going to shop at Giant Tiger.. we don't have one here and they sell the worlds most comfortable underwear. HA! I know how silly it sounds but they are fabulous. $2 a pair.. they don't shrink and most importantly, they don't ride up my bum. We call them "sexy granny panties". BAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHA!!

I'm super excited for next weekend too. Hubby and I are celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. We are not doing anything to fancy... we are hoping to spend the day together if his work schedule allows it. We are looking forward to our Cuba trip in January that is our Chrismas present to each other AND we will have a romantic dinner(or two) to celebrate our five years.

OH, NickiB... We will be in London ON in February for the Provincial Billiard Championships. We are staying at the "Downtown Hilton". February 12th-17th. Maybe a coffee???
