down 1.6 pounds in week number 4! Total loss since September 18th is 9.6 pounds!
yay!
Now excuse me while I inhale my 1 point arrowroot cookie.
:)
down .4 Not too bad considering I ate a half a blueberry pie :D ( Not in one sitting. And I used Splenda, not sugar :P)
+1 *sighs* under way too much stress and reaching for the quick, easy, crap. Would have been up alot more had I not walked 14km this past week so at least the exercise is somewhat of a saving grace at the moment.
Uuuuuugh I forgot to weigh myself at the gym today!!! I will post my change (if any...) first thing tomorrow morning. I do think I lost a few pounds though (of fluid atleast) because my sneakers felt a lot bigger today!
Good job ladies! Keep up the fabulous work, this sh** aint easy!
-1.5 lbs for me.
I ate 1/2 a deep dish pizza, I feel your pain ag
-.4 for me
Down 2 lbs since first weigh in.
Moving to the bottom end of my 5lb maintenance range.
Maybe I will lose some and shift to a lower range???
Congrats on all the weigh loss and for those who gained...your loss is coming!!!
Happy Monday.
Since I just started this today, I'll post my weight loss or gain next Monday.
Pie is good. There are some good cheats for pie. The problem is usually in the crust (flour=carbs=sugar+lard). Take away the crust and it's not so bad. Blueberries are fruit, right.:teeth:
You could try this maybe:
Mash up half your fresh or thawed blueberries and simmer on med-low until thickened, add some honey or stevia to taste, add rest of berries and chill. mix almond meal (or other) with little bit if butter and press into a pan (just like a graham cracker crust)
Now I need to go get blueberries. It's time to boost my antioxidants.
