DH left the scalle out for me this morning (usually it hides in a closet).
pamjcoupon, drink lots of water to flush your system you may have just have eaten to much salt in the past few days.

pamjcoupon - those 3 could fall off today - there's no telling if they're water retention weight. Or perhaps you gained muscle? Chin up darlin,' it's only week 1 and we'll all have our disappointments YOU CAN DO IT!!
tmi-I do have my "ladyfriend", which I know doesn't help and was out of town on sat so didn't eat the greatest...looking up for a better week ahead!
