There is a booth were you can get free gift just by showing a little card, that are given around by hostess close to the metro entrance, on the lowest level of Complexe les Ailes. Upon the presentation of a card you get:

I will just add, that yesterday they had Viree shopping LOULOU there. I was not aware of that, but luckily I went to complexe les ailes for a manicure At 16h30 I saw a line up forming in front of a desk at the main hall. Curious of what's going on there I went to ask and was told that at 17h they will start giving away gift bags! So I've put myself in line and scored a bag full of goodies:
