The coupon code should be on the receipt where your scanned products are. If its not showing there then you should definitely call SDM's head office and tell them about it. They will want your receipt number so have it handy.

Fairly new to SDM optimum points as well :o I spent $52 + tax sans coupons on wednesday and the cashier scanned my coupon (as well as telling me that the points won't be added until oct 24th) , but I was just looking at my receipt and I noticed that no where does it read any coupon code. If I dont get the points, will I be able to call in?

The coupon is listed as an "item" in the regular list not in the points area

How much points should i have gotten or is the 20710 correct?

As per the reciept:

Regular points - 550
Bonus points - 300
Total points - 850

Promo bonus points adjustment - 20710

If your talking about doing yesterdays secret 20x the points then your only going to get 11,000 pts. You don't get 20x on product bonus points.

I was just a bit confused cause even the bonus points 850 x20 = 17000.

I have no idea why the 20710 is on the receipt

more than 1 of the same VIB coupon no, I don't think so (someone please correct me if I'm wrong), since it says one time offer only. More than 1 VIB coupon (two different VIB coupons for different products), then yes.

It is meant to be a printable and is their own coupon, no different than the 20x coupon for this promo
But you do need to be a VIB member to get credit

No lost card and the last promo i did was 3-4 months ago. Anyways we shall wait and find out
