Final Update:
After finally calling back HO, the supervisors who originally refused to award me my missing points claiming my purchase of 25 tubs was excessive, have now decided to award me my points.... the campaign adjustment everyone got for 2500 BP plus the 47,000 owed. Mega Redemption here I come
