My DH brag!!!

I had to put this brag up. It has nothing to do with using coupons but I'm so proud of my DH. So since I have been couponing he has been bugging me about my stockpile and why we need to buy 5 or 6 of something that we use all the time and is really cheap..... enough said!! Not to bright sometimes that man lol. But friday it finally sunk in. He got home all excited telling me the guy he gives a ride home wants to start couponing. He talked to him the whole time about couponing and how much money we save and how if he wants something to eat all he has to do is walk downstairs and get it!!!!! HMMM. He was telling him how we have so much in the house but our grocery bill has only gotten smaller. WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!! I finally did it. Hes converted!

My DH is still not converted, but he is pretty impressed that I remembered his favorite Special K cereal. What he doesn't know though is he won't be running out for a long time as there's another 4 boxes downstairs

They do come around! I was just explaining to hubby that I needed another pantry shelf downstairs because the one we have is over flowing, instead of telling me to stop shopping he just sat there and agreed that we just need more space to put it!!!

That's awesome!!! My husband thought it was weird at first. I've been doing it for only a couple months but since the first month I've been saving our family $400-$500/ month!!! After he took a look at our bank account and did some math and realized that we are going to be paying our mortgage off approx. 7 years sooner , he no longer thinks it's wierd. He now brags to the guys at work and I've had some of their wives call me asking about it!

Great brag!! mine is converted. He has used a few coupons. Appreciates the tiny stockpile we have.. I have even heard him gloat to people about our savings and free stuff..Unfortunately, hes still like a brick wall when im excited about certain deals I got shopping. lol
