As you may have heard, one of the companies we rely on to provide the necessary backend for the Swagbucks Play or Games area is going out of business by the end of this month. [read the TechCrunch announcement here] What this means in the immediate future is that many of your favorite games will not be available as early as Sunday, March 30, 2014.

We are aggressively working with individual developers of your favorite games to establish new arrangements to minimize any downtime – as well as seeking new and similar games to offer. In fact, just today we have added 3 new games (Sparks and Trizzle are fun variations on match 3 type games and you can play tournaments on them both. If you’re more into card games, Spider Solitaire offers three different difficulties that add more card suits and more challenges.).

Not only are we committed to the Play area of Swagbucks.com, but we are committed to maintaining your ability to earn Swag Bucks for playing games. In that regard, you will notice new tournament opportunities in all games plus beginningMonday March 24, 2014, we will be featuring two games that might be leaving us in a daily Game Challenge. The daily Game Challenge will offer 6 chances at 200 SBs each day. New games for that day’s challenge will be announced Monday through Friday next week at 7am PT here in the blog. But that is not all – we are putting the finishing touches on a sweepstakes geared specifically for Swaggernauts who earn Swag Bucks through the Play area. Watch for details to be announced soon!

Could one of you fine folks please explain the difference between the 2 green SB counters while using the firefox toolbar ... this one (green counter on FF's toolbar)



is always lower than the one on right side ...

At first I thought that the one on the lesf (almost centre of screen) was you SB's balance accumulated BEFORE swagging for the day and the one on the right is your actual, real-time SB balance. But i did my math via the ledger and they never equal up: even when I'm not expecting any delayed SB credits.

i hope I'm making sense and maybe someone could please tell me the diffference???

I have the FF toolbar and only have 1 green counter for SB totals, most of the time it is not accurate so I just refresh it

in the left corner where it says "swagbucks" you should see a little down arrow to a pop out box -> click refresh toolbar??

the one on your actual SB home page sometimes gets stuck too and you just need to refresh it

go to your counter on the right on your home page and if you hover over it and click it will refresh with your total SB count


does that make sense?
