Does anyone ever have issues with shop and earn? I clearly clicked on the swagbucks link and made a purchase, two! and no SB, the only way I ever get them is through contacting SB team, but why don't I ever get them automatically...it's kind of a pain to have to contact them every single time...
Has anyone else experienced anything like this before?
My purchases don't even show as pending..

Next time you should check if you get the TripID after you click on the "Shop Now" button. If you get the TripID, chance of getting automatic rebate should be high.

I have friends still haven't joined SB, but I told them that you want to join unless you want to spend 20 minutes and ONLY got 4 cents on search or you want to experience incentives continues to be taken away from the greedy management. Honestly, the management from SB is totally changed, they don't have integrity anymore.

that's happening now - there's been lots of complaints on the U.S. FB page lately - my spidey senses started tingling way back when they made that change to Paypal - and the times the site goes down I am sure are deliberate, and done on a rotating basis

I've seen speculation that SBs is headed towards more of a shop and earn type of site, where you have to spend money to get SBs, and that the MyGiftCardsPlus is part of that

I will only do the videos/games/mobile apps on SBs since other sites don't offer that, but as for surveys & tasks, I would never do them here - other sites pay way more, AND in U.S. currency, which makes the difference even greater

Yes, under Shop&Earn>Visited Stores I see the store I shopped at and the Trip ID, but under Purchases tab there is nothing.

Yes, under Shop&Earn>Visited Stores I see the store I shopped at and the Trip ID, but under Purchases tab there is nothing.

I had to do this for my last turbotax purchase. I waited 15 days, and it did not show as pending. I went to the tab under shops visited, then used the trip ID to contact them. You will need all the info from your receipt and some info you will get from the trip id number. They responded in 3 days, and awarded the points immediately. I am not happy having to do this, but it was almost $5 worth of points!

Which store you shop having problem to credit ? I have the same problem before from shopping @ Amazon and I eventually figure it out the reason and told SB to fix it on Oct 2015. However, it seems SB doesn't really care and the problem still exists right now.

For example, for Amazon, once you click "Shop Now" either on the main icon or category, a new tab will create for you to shop on Amazon. Look at the link before starting to shop, the link should contains lots of information with different kind of IDs. However, if you see the link is very short, then your shop may NOT be tracked since some IDs are missing. I remember I always click on "Kitchen" category to shop @ Amazon since it contains all sort of IDs which other categories don't have. I haven't used SB for a while to shop, it may change now, so you need to double check.

Also, the browser you use to shop is very important too. I always use Google Chrome which usually has less problem.
