It used to be instant credit. Since two weeks ago, I don't see anyone can get credit from this daily survey regardless how many days you wait. You can wait for 2 to 3 days before submitting ticket. Unless they find the problem within 2 to 3 days, chance you will get credit is very low.

I did submit a ticket and here is their reply.

There are times surveys will credit with in 7- 10 business days but there are also some instances surveys can take 4 -6 weeks for review. Please allow the survey team to evaluate the surveys. If you do not receive credit after the 6th week please let us know and we can investigate further.

Just got a 100sb TS on... just about everything. Took near an hour, but no worries about goal today.

They hope you will forget after 6 weeks. Daily survey credit within 2 to 3 days in the weekend and 24 hours in the weekday. They review the survey, but give you the credit first. That's how all survey router works. Only the TS detects some unusual things happen and holding the credit for 4 to 6 weeks, but majority of survey credit instantly. TS holding all money/points credit to SB for 4 to 6 weeks, not ours. In order word, even we got the points instantly from TS, the money/survey points will NOT credit to SB until 4 to 6 weeks. That's where SB support really mix up.
