I would say satelitte radio- I got it free for 6 months when I bought my car. It has no commercials- it's great. I usually like to save money but I think I will spend the extra $15 dollars/month once the free trial is over.
Also- like others have said probably my haircut. I spend $50-$60 on my hair each month...and I think it's a crazy price for less than an hr of someone's time..but through experience I have learned never to cheap out on hair!

With me it's travel (as you can tell from my name, travel-mum) I'm not happy unless I'm on vacation, just came back from a vacation, or am planning the next one!

My car! A car is a definite luxury, and I couldn't go without it.

Using the clothes dryer!!! so much easier to toss it in, rather then trying to get outside and not let the dog escape

This may sound ridiculous, but I absolutely hate drinking plain water. I would not be able to survive without drinking my favourite juices (oasis deliciously yellow, or minute maid apple). I MUST have juice in my house at all times. Its honestly insane how much juice I go through it a week. I probably go through about 1L of juice per day. I know its super awful and unhealthy, but I literally never drink water. I will buy juice with or without coupon, no matter how expensive it is. I rather stay thirsty than drink water, that's how much of an addiction it is...

I have two. I swear that I will always have money on hand to buy a nice mattress every 8-10 years when I need it.
My other vice is massages. I have this crazy cheap chinese massage place at my favorite shopping center about 5 minutes from my house. I go at least every two weeks now to manage pain from old injuries. It is a major improvement to the quality of my life. 20 dollars and I am fixed for around 2 weeks. I hope they are always open.

I'll be the wet blanket here. My answer is pretty well nothing is off the table.
My mother grew up on a farm with no running water, no indoor plumbing, and no electricity until about 1960. My grandmother remained in that house until about 1980 when she moved into an independent seniors residence at about age 70.
She was, by all modern measures, poorer than most people can imagine. Yet she was pleasant, happy and satisfied with life. More so than anyone else I have encountered.
So yes, I enjoy a number of luxuries as part of modern life. But should it become necessary, I would give it all up and be happy with the basics of food and shelter.
