Thanks you FreeFreed for letting us know what the manager Colleen at Beddington said. I prefer to be able to zip up the road and shop there.....so will go once again and give it a try with the new stack from the new flyer. I will first try one stack and see what happens........hopefully it will be third time lucky for me, this time.....lol!!

Our Thursday Herals had the Red Plum inside the Neighbours. I get 4 sets of flyers in the house, and none of them had the inserts. What is hillarous is that some of the flyers sets are different, missing some flyers, ak!! ..I saw probably 10 bundles of flyers in a green recycle bin on Wed night.and was not happy that someone had throw them in there, praying that I was not missing on an oppertunity to get some more inserts, and today see that my not going back and trying to reach in a get them was ok..........lol!!
What will we do to find those illusive insert!!

I contacted Calgary Co-op about their coupon policy, just thought I'd share the response:

Thank you for contacting Calgary Co-op. With regards to our coupon policy, the following rules apply:

    1. The coupons must be Canadian.

    2. The coupons must be within the expiry date.
    3. Coupons will be accepted only for the item/brand specified.
    4. Coupons must include dealer information.
    5. Only 1 coupon per item purchase will be accepted.

We will accept competitors' coupons as long as they meet the guidelines above. We do not accept internet coupons.

Do you think that last part means you can use coupon zone coupons at Co-op?

Curious y'all interpret' the P&G coupons wording..."limit 4 like coupons per shopping trip"? I've noticed the new flyer ones say that, but the new mailed ones do not.

    What is a "LIKE" coupon?
Is it 4 of the same (ie $2 off Pampers diapers x4)
Or is it 4 on the same brand? (ie $2 off pampers diapers, $4 off wipes &Diapers, $1 off wipes...taking up 3 of the allowance of 4)

    Your thoughts?

wow!! the things that I knew, but forgot about over the years...can I blame menopause........lol!!!

CoOp was the only store I could shop at other than Safeway back 25 / 30 years ago in NE Calgary. Now I have such a wide choice in a 10 min drive it is overwhelming.....

Where we live in Greenview we have Canadian Tire, Shoppers D Mart, L Drugs, Safeway, CO Op, Superstore, Walmart 5 mins away, then 10 mins drive north to Country Hills area, there is another Canadian Tire, Superstore, Sobeys, SDM, Michaels, just discovered the humongous Rexalls in Panorama, and a further 15 mins up the highway in Airdrie is the No Frills, and right accross the street is the huge new SDM, and all the other major stores once again.
If I drive on Stoney Trail west there is the Royal Oak shopping area with LD, Sobeys and WalMart also about 15 mins away, while passing the Creekside SDM on the way!!

Trying to keep up with all the price matching, reading flyers, sorting cpns, re reading flyers , deciding to focus of meat pricing, or toiletires, or diapers for my grand daughter............ak!!!

    Focus focus focus...Marie-Anne......lol!!!

I dont work, this is like a full time job......... I fear when I am back at work I wont be able to keep it all up........

How do you guys all manage to focus on all this stuff???

Now I have asked Rick to take over studying flyers and figuring out meat and produce pricing...and I will focus on the toiletires or major cpn stacking and usages. My 23 yr old daughter helps sorting and cutting out.......and my 3 yr old grand daughter put bit of paper in the garbage for me......I cant wait untill she can help sorting out cpns.

This is hard work....but the payoff is amazing for now........with so many things to give to others that I got for free!! Whoot!!!

Anyone with little ones may want to check out Aggie Days this weekend at BMO centre in stampede park. They have lots of activities, demos and live animals geared at kids. Calgary's child mar/apr edition has a free family coupon on one of the pages. Kids are free but adults are $5 Ea without the coupon. Last year we scored free parking with a short walk and they do a free breakfast for the first few hundred people each morning.

will they take Entertainment book coupons? I ordered mine with the $17 deal, and it has coupons for $5 off at Safeway and M&M. Since I don't normally shop at either, wondering if I can use them somewhere else!
