Has anyone tried those blackhead remover tools that cosmetic companies sell? Does it really remove blackheads?

Are you talking about the metal stick with loops on each end? I have one, I like it. They do work and it's better than pinching at your face with your fingers for sure. They take a bit of getting used to to figure out how they work, I had to watch youtube tutorials before I really was able to make it work properly.

Yes, but they vary a lot by company so you may not like the first one you try.
I have two different Quo ones and prefer the flatter wide ended one

I'm ordering one from Avon for $3.99 and will keep fingers crossed that it works. Have never used this tool before as I have three stubborn blackheads that are not responding to salicylic acid.

I've tried some that have been utterly useless. Can anyone recommend a certain brand that works extremely well for them? I want to buy the exact same extractor tool that you have so that I don't end up buying another fluke. Thank you!

I use my LaCrosse and Quo ones evenly but they are almost identical so no surprise there. I use my Revlon one less, the ends are shaped differently

I use the Paula's Choice one, it is the only one I have bought.

I use the small end mainly, and I like how it is bent, I find that I turn it either way depending on what angle works best at that moment.

you can't tell by the picture on the PC website, but the lower end has an angular bend in it, that you would have been able to see if they had turned the tool sideways. you can sort of tell where the bend is by seeing where the reflection of light changes.

the only problem is that you have to mail order it. however if you know someone who shops their products, maybe they can order one for you?

The one I ordered from Avon for $3.99 works great. I wanted to ask - how do you get the pores to shrink? What do you use?

Since mine are mostly on my nose, regular use of Biore (or similar) strips to clean it out then 2% BHA from Paula's Choice daily and 8% treatment once a month (I just choose them as samples with my order)

Mine are like the ones furthest to the right. The ones with the point/knife end scare me and I wouldn't put them anywhere near my face

Garnier Micellar Water has done a great job of getting rid of my blackheads. I use it everyday.

I recently used charcoal peel off mask by my organic zone which helped me with blackheads removal and getting rid of annoying clogged skin pores.
