And yes - a sponser does earn more if their referral upgrades - the commission a sponsor would earn would be 10% on all task, ptc, and surveys referrals do instead of 5%

I thought it was only the sponsor's upgrade level which determines their commissions, it doesn't matter whether or not their referrals are upgraded (other than the one-off bonus for upgraded referrals)? If so, the only advantage for the sponsor would be if the referral did more offers/tasks because now their checklist bonus would be higher.

In a nutshell - it does make a difference if your DIRECT referral upgrades (scroll to bottom of page to see the tasks/offers section) EDIT: I was mistaken regarding this referral statement - sorry!!


On a sidenote: good golly - they need to have EXTREME negativity on these relevance tasks sometimes. (children need to be directed away from some of these posts!)

Thanks Hun, done 5 so far with 100% accuracy, I find them rather time consuming , but since they last a while I'll keep doing them slowly, 12 cents is not too shabby, eh !!
This whole upgrading thing is pretty confusing / complicated , to say the least , even Superpoints had all this tier thing going on and they couldn't keep up , I like CS , hope they stick around for a while

It can be confusing (upgrade/referral/tier one as oppossed to tiers 2-8) I had to actually look at the affilliate page a few time to get the gist of it. And then when my referrals started to get some referrals I started to see how it actually works.
( BUT - I still don't get the .50-cents for active referral clicks for commission I even got a few and still don't quite get it - oh well I just play along!!!!!)

I can see where it makes a difference for "Standard Sponsor" vs "Premium Sponsor", but I can't see any difference for a Standard vs Premium referral... that is, the Referral's upgrade level is not taken into account anywhere that I can see (from the sponsor's point of view).

Ooh, you are right - gosh this is confusing!! Yes only if you (the SPONSOR) upgrades then you will get 10% commission of your direct referral's surveys and tasks instead of 5. If a REFERRAL upgrades to premium and the SPONSOR stays at STANDARD then the sponsor would still get only 5% commission of the referral's work.
