Just checked and I got points added, but there was a special message on the site that said since the promotion was so popular they were only awarding 5000 points per $150 instead of 8000 for cardholders who did more than 4 transactions. So I was awarded 25000 points instead of the 40000 I was expecting.

The fact that your post was believable is a sad reflection of SDM's promises.

So I called ... and the answer I got was "I see all your transactions, you should have the points by end of the day"

Sheesh shoppers I thought everyone would have all their points Monday end of the day

I called and the person I spoke to will add the points manually (88,000) - she didn't say why they didn't show up in the first place.

Anyone missing points - call now! It's only a 5 minute wait on hold and this will likely get longer throughout the day.

I spoke to a guy about a half hour ago ... and he didn't mention anything about adding points manually, he said the points should be there end of the day - you're lucky I just have to wait and see again I guess

i only had 1 out of 4 transaction points added. called and the guy said sorry about that i dont know why the others were not added and they will be added in 2 hours

Got 0 points for my 7 transactions. Called this morning and the Rep said " All transactions seems eligible and he is submitting a request to IT group to add 56000 points manually. It should take 24 to 48 hours as they are busy"

Was in complete shock to see that all my transactions where there this morning. No calling back and forth like last year to get them added. I am a happy girl. Now to make my list for this weekend

Just checked and my 88,000 are there! They said it would be up to 3 hours but it was only an hour or so... Now to work on my shopping list!

I was in shopping last night, and I noticed that my 16000 points were added. It was in the Points Adjustment line. Ive had bad experiences with that line before, glad it was a positive adjustment this time!
