First time using WM new policy *PICS*

Tried out WM's new coupon policy at my LEAST favourite WM in Mississauga today...of course it was crazy busy being Easter Monday and not enough cashiers. As the line grew behind me, my cashier had to call a supervisor to see if she could apply my $5off to items less than $5 value (Scrubbing bubbles)...as I waited patiently the manager came and approved the coupon and we proceeded with the checkout.

When she got to the Olay and came across the same issue I was UBER frustrated as she felt the need to get approval a second time for the exact. same. issue..... oh brother. As I glanced behind me I heard the snickers as I saw the line had a least doubled...sure enough it was approved...again. When the transaction was all said and done...finally...I walked away with the items below for a mere $6.27! Yay!!

Next time I think I'll stick to my usual and favourite WM

I was at that same WM last Thursday & had no issues with the Olay & I bought the same product you did, so it must have been my lucky day.

Just curious about this WM policy as I am new to the couponing game... does that mean no matter what the price of the item they still honour the coupon? So an item that's 2.99 and you have coupon for $5 they still give you coupon for $5?

Do they let you stack coupons as well?

Finally they called someone else who approved it. Why is it soooo hard for coupon policies to be communicated to the cashiers???? It just seems like common sense!!! Why waste all of our time on this constant checking, and I definitely held the line up, and it was a long one. Lesson, next time bring printed copy of the policy!

I had two $5WUB2 for the Olay which was $1.57 + one $2 off for the Olay hence the 5 bottles. = So I made +$4.15 back towards my cart.

The extra $5 coupon was for ther scrubbing bubbles...it DID work for the refill bottle which was $4.47. = made +$0.53

I DID have the policy with me in my binder and when I pulled it out to show her she didn't even look at it. She needed her supervisor's approval. Next time I will scope out the cahiers better and base my line pick on the cahier, not the length of the line.
