I went to independent last night armed with my $1.00 off coupons to get some egg creations for my quiche tonight. They were on sale for $1.99, but I was lucky to see some of the cheddar and chive variety with 50% pink stickers, making them free! They are dated for the end of this week, but they freeze well, so I got 6...which was all they had!

Got 2 of these a few weeks ago and couldn't stand them. WAY too salty - is that normal or did we get some bad ones? I think we paid $0.50 ea., thought it'd make great omelletes - tried one, threw out the other one.
