yup they are just went back & picked up a few more with my last 3 coupons. I didnt have them on hand the first time around. Luckily for me Safeway is only half a block away

I was able to get 6 bags but I just checked the expiry dates and 2 of them expired in August 2012 and the rest in Sept, Oct 2012. Now I have to take them back.

The same thing happened to me at the same Safeway 3 weeks ago with Old Dutch coupons. I had 4 bags of chips that expired October 31. I was able to exchange them for fresher bags of chips but I don't think I'll be able to do the same with the Hershey Drops. My Safeway only had the Cookie's and Cream Hershey Drops, the chocolate were all gone, and I'm sure they are all expired.

Now I'll have to deal with customer service and returning products that I used coupons on. That's always fun.

If you contact the company they will send you a free product coupon or voucher. Saves you the hassle of going back to Safeway.

Yes it's unadvertised. I only happened to see it as I was yelling at my kids to "PUT THE CANDY DOWN!!" lol.

Thanks for posting this deal I would not have known about it if you hadn't. I went to 6 different Safeway's and was able to get a bunch of them. They will be great for Christmas Gift Bags and to keep around the house for my Hubby and I as well.

I really didn't think we'd see a good deal on the Hershey Drops in the West so this was fantastic. .50 cents a bag you can't beat that.
