Newbie and need some HELP!!! please :)

Hey all,
I've been on this site for a few months and finally joined. I've also just been couponing for a few months with some great success and a few stock piles of laundry detergent and personal care stuff. I do need help though. I have all these coupons I've put together in a little binder, however, alot of them expire on certain dates and I'm finding I'm not using alot of them so I end up throwing them out.
This makes me feel horrible cause I feel I need to run out and use them before they are up. I can't do that though with the lack of funds but how does one get over that "I need to use it or else" feeling? I guess maybe only order coupons online when I'm ready to use them?? I Don't know.

I know there are the trade forums you can use but one step at a time lol
Any advice from any pro out there

you will get over it, not every coupon I have I use and trust me even the pro's throw out coupons

try the trading section - a lot of coupons you may not use or need or want can be traded here

Thank you!! I'll try not to be so hard on myself. I'll try out the trading and see how that goes. Good to know even the pros don't use all the coupons

for sure i have couponed for 20 some od years and -i do throw out a bunch(you cant use up every coupon-after awhile you just dont care-cause more come along) -i got into trading on here last year-even thou i have been a member for a few years -its great -trading coupons you dont need for ones you do-just jump right in and trade away
