haha THIS IS SOO ME! I Love drving with the heat or ac on and all the windows/sunroof open! We have sooo much flippen snow here 2cm is irrelevant! I am shoveling everytime I leave the house(or that's what it feels like!)


Sooo vitamin beware! I started taking niacin(B3)this am and had a horrible experience found out it is called niacin flush (google it,yuck!) felt like I had a major sunburn on my face,neck,ears,throat,upper arms,and scalp...considered calling 911..I hope never to feel anything like that again!!!!

Pammie, Alexa is sooooo cute.....I just want to lick her ( says my 9 year old DD) Yes she has a "thing for licking, it is so gross. I blame that on her Dad, because she sure never got it from me

Everyone that is dealing with Old man Winter and Mother's nature's screwed up romance....... please be careful.

On a side note.... I went to another doctor yesterday, My naturapath. My regular doctor is getting no where and i am not getting the feeling that he really cares. All testing is showing an allergic reaction,
IgM, IgE, IgA, IgG antibodies levels are all way up, but no idea what is wrong and I have to bug him to get him to do anything. So that is why I took a different approach. My naturapath, did a full systems check, and it came back that my kidneys and gallbladder are not functioning as they should, And my body is in full out "freak out" mode,(can't remember the word he used, but meant the same thing). So basically I am reacting to everything and anything at this point. He gave me a diet plan,some homeopathic remedies to help my gallbladder and kidneys, hopefully this will help ease up on the serverity of my reactions so that we can find what the root of the problem and what I am actually reacting too.

On an unrelated note, Has anyone here ever booked a promotional vacation with Disney or such company where you just pay for a registration fee and you get the vacation for free, other then incidentals and travel to said destination? What was your experience with it, did you get what you were told?

Lol my DD (2.5 yrs) recently started this crazy love for licking things & people.....gross. She says she is puppy.

glad to hear you are finally getting somewhere in terms of finding out what's going on. I too had to turn to a naturopathic doctor when I was having all sorts of stomach/intestinal problems, which lead to my finding out about my food sensitivities. Thinking of you

Shawliightning: My first DS was the same way. Back in the day, I bundled him up nice and tight (just like they do in the hospital)and rocked hiim until he fell asleep then ever so gently put him down. I also used to run a vaccum cleaner LOL for whatever reason it helped him sleep. The sound of the vacuum was far less mind bending. Colic iis difficult on the mom to, can anyone watch him for a few hours so you could get out for a bit?

we figured out the first day that he really needed to poop......(LOL, yes i am starting the poop topic again), but yesterday he was in a lot of pain. he had his poor little wienie snipped and it swelled up really bad. he is a lot better today. just don't touch those parts or put him in his carseat (i am gonna have to get someone to pick devin up from school now).

but here is a good little laugh for everyone........i was changing Carter's diaper last nite before i fed him for the nite and put him to sleep. Devin was in the room (as he always is) while i was changing the diaper. when i opened the diaper, devin had this horrified look on his face. He looks at me and says, "they cut his wiener off???". (carter was so swollen hit bits and pieces were hiding and flush with the skin). i almost burst out laughing but todd was on top of things and says to devin "that is what happens when boys are bad". ok, now i am laughing hysterically as devin is staring at Carter, jaw on the floor.

so needless to say i had to explain to devin that he was swollen and it was not cut off.
he was in the room this morning to make sure and boy was he ever glad to see that it had 'popped out' with the swelling going down!

@ pammie take a peek at my DD (pic posted this morning )we hoped for bottle glasses and braces well ummm yah didn't happen good luck with you future lol we chose the approach of teasing her that she needs a bag over her head when she goes out as not to scare small children she laughs

Apparently Kijiji has a 25 ad a day limit... I never knew that before. Guess the rest of project get rid of stuff will have to wait until tomorrow. Which means I should clean up all kiddos toys instead. Why does he have so many little cars???? Oh right, cause I get him one every time we go to Walmart. Which is why we only go there once a month now lol. Mama can't say no.

There are times I am very glad I don't have a girl, boys are a worry of course but I think somehow less of one. Though I am secretly hoping he turns out like the boys in Big Bang Theory.

DD has just informed me that she is a big girl and wants to wear big girl underwear, no more diapers. We will see how this goes...... I have been wanting DD to potty train for awhile but she wasn't "ready", if we are moving soon now is not a good time to be ready, sigh. But I can't say no.

She also asks me 'why does daddy fart in his underwear?' Bahahaha another for the book!
