Okay as I am cleaning I am wondering how you do it? I tend to clean in bursts go like nuts for half an hour..putaway dust vacumn at high speed(just now DH and I packed up the 14 ft tree,and I vacumned all the mess dusted and vacumned again) and then do something else for a bit(unload the dishwasher,fold laundry,read,computer etc),get revved up and giver again..

Drugs Pumpkin...lots of drugs and when the drink cart comes around get a little drinkie poo... You'll be great, just think of the beautiful destination at the end....pretty much screwed to get home though..LOL
Thanks for all of the nice wishes. I hope to be feeling better soon. Keeping water down now so that's an improvement. I'd love some drugs right now but I'm worried about not keeping them for long so I'll tough out the aches. Calling nap time..see everyone soon.

I am the same GP... hubby is the cleaner of the 2 of us. I am a tidyer.... thats part of the package of me working shiftwork and more hours and $ than he does.
as for flying I just am of the mnd there is nothing I can do so what will be will be!

Since we're sharing recipes. Here is one for sugar free, gluten free banana muffins (I put chocolate chips in them sometimes, which of course adds some sugar). Coconut flour can be bought at Bulk Barn
- 2 very ripe large bananas, mashed
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp pure vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp coconut oil, melted (can use butter instead)
- 1/2 cup coconut flour, sifted
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup finely chopped or ground pecans (optional--or replace with nut of your choice!)
Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas, whisk in eggs, vanilla, and melted coconut oil in large bowl. In separate small bowl, mix coconut flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until you achieve a relatively smooth batter. Stir in nuts. Let batter sit while you either generously spray your muffin pan or line with paper muffin cups. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full and bake for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown. Makes 12 delicious, fruit sweetened muffins packed with fiber and protein!
Before nuts:
Total 1383 calories 88g carbs 93g fat 47g protein 22g fiber
Per muffin 115 calories 7g carbs 8g fat 4g protein 2g fiber

My eyes are light blue and will go hazel if I am in a pissy mood
I have a friend that does my gel nails for me, so I don't need nail polish only good files. But both of my girls are nuts about painting their nails and love every color under the rainbow
