careful not to get addicted, online shopping is dangerous!!! no rum or cigars for me but I do have a sand collection (sand from around the world) so if you are my buddy and could send some in a small ziplock bag...the size of a small salt shaker that would be great! =) anyone else near a sandy area?

I went to find a box yesterday and my brother had kindly but unfortunately broke them all down and put them out for recycling! now I have to search for one...maybe no frills. hmm.

    Re: Sand Collection -
That is crazy! I am surprised they let you bring that across the border; we have had plants confiscated at the border b/c they want to stop the spread of invasive species (bugs, etc)

Can you send and receive mail from Guantanamo Bay?!?!?! HAHA!

I can "buy sand" in Cuba and bring it home but your not supposed to just scoop it up from the beach and bring it home. Weird. But, I follow the rules

When I was in university my best friend and I used to go workout together and do abs at the end, we'd put our towels down and say "just like at the beach!". She gave me some sand in a jar as a gift before she went away to a different school, so I could have my own little beach all the time. Course it got broken or lost in one move and is gone now but it was really cool.

I'm shopping off amazon.com and picking them up over the border, it's just a stone's throw away and I save a ton of money! amazon.ca is nearly double the price!

I had light spotting for about a month, and have not had my monthly visitor since Feb 2010!

    Lovin it!
lucky duck! Mines pretty light but the first day is super cramps (which I didn't have pre- DD)

Which reminds me I have a confession to make as long as no one tells my hubby and ruins the fun! after DD was born I had extreme PMS for like 6 to a year, I don't have it anymore but now I just pretend, then use PMS as an excuse! BAHAHAHA (hubby is a good guy but a HUGE procrastinator, and sometimes I needs to be b!tched at)

Would you like some Toronto beach sand? Or Georgian bay sand?

I had Cuba sand (not sure what happened to it, not bought) and Tunisia sand (from my Aunt). My parents are in India (they didn't end up cancelling their trip), I could ask them to try & bring back some Indian sand. And in march my dad and sister are going to Ecuador & hopefully the Galápagos Islands - I can ask for sand from there if you want!
