Just got back from a 2 hour (but well worth it) trip at Walmart with hubby and the kids .. We got:
40 boxes of Ziploc Evolve bags
1 lb ground beef
1 loaf bread
1 Betty Crocker frosting
4 boxes General Mills Cereal
2 boxes ice cream cones
2 boxes Hamburger Helper
1 Old El Paso taco kit
1 box Quaker Fibre Omega bars
1 box Betty Crocker mashed potatoes
2x 3pks Cracker Jack
4 bottles La Grille 30 min marinade
2 Nestle ice cream
6 Olay travel facial cloths
10 St Ives travel scrub
3 Gillette travel shaving cream
plus a shirt for me
Subtotal:
164.32
Total after taxes and coupons:
37.44!!!

AND we got 1 x Lysol No Touch Soap Dispenser that I forgot in the list
The woman behind us in line kept creeping over my shoulder and eventually said "You're those coupon people aren't you?!?" lmao .. Had a few people watching and even got some claps when we cashed out .. Only problem we ran into was the cashier not accepting the $5 ice cream coupon for just .97cent cones, but by this point we were tired and figured regardless it was a great trip, so didn't bother to argue and just got more ice cream to make up the $5.Last edited by NickAndAmber; Thu, May 5th, 2011 at 02:33 PM.
