Early bird gets the worm! $1.05 Wal-Mart trip.

Morning everyone!

I went to Wal-Mart at 7AM to get Ziploc Bags and so I did! (I will post picture later)

EARLY BIRD GETS THE WORM! THATS FOR SURE! The best part is my favourite cashier was there! I was soooo darn happy and she always loves having to cash me out cause I tell her everything!

30 x Ziploc Bags (Evo and Normal) Variety = $44.40
$1.48 each - $4 off WUB2/15 = FREE with overages!

So I used it towards my basket!

2 x Tide 38 Loads Detergent (PM Zellers) = $5.99 - $5 WUB2
6 x NeXXus Conditioner = $3.00 - $3.00 MFC

My entire Total was $1.05! One of my best hauls. I dont ever have to run out of Ziplocs! I plan to get more. Give some to my family and start a donation box

P.S. My 15 year old teenage brother thinks I'm starting a new religion called "COUPONISM" LMAOOO.. i told him, its called SMART SHOPPERS, SAVING MONEY not a religion. He just called me crazy. ahhaha

I'd say it's a bit like religion...There are the stores that think they are God, the coupon policy is like our "Bible", the good cashiers that bring truth and quote "our bible" are the "deciples," the bad cashiers that make up their own policy (own "Bible") are the "false prophets" and when I'm in Walmart, my chosen "place of worship" I do a lot of "praying" when I'm checking out! Not to mention the snide, complaioning, impatient shoppers behind you that act like they are "holier than thou."
When you have a fantastic shopping experience, it's a bit like a "religious experience."
(This is in no way meant to be offensive. I respect everyone's religion and thought some might find some humour in this).

You're so lucky to have your favorite cashier. I just came back from Walmart too but not so much luck with the Ziploc bags. My cashier said I could only use 1 coupon and she refused to take the $4 off, said it only costs $1.48 each for those and she couldn't take $4 off. I didn't want to argue and just use 1 coupon and got the 2 Ziploc bags free. Still better than nothing, I guess.
