I dont bath her...but maybe will see that...Or ask the price at the toiletter...but really I want to do it myself and purchase the product...she love water so no problem.

But I will never purchase a shaver tool for pets...first it is 200$ and 2 dont want to cut my sweetie.

Found out just a few days ago that cornstarch gets knots out of necklaces, too! I'm going to try it on a chain I have that is all knotted up!

Glad some of that info could help.... I didn't know how much you knew already.
That's why even though longhaired kitties are so beautiful, I've never really wanted one because of all the work involved with the breed.
Our cat Taffy has medium long hair - long for a tabby/Ragdoll cross - but she's very awesome with cleaning and keeps her coat perfect (yes, a hairball once in a while, especially since she still cleans her little girl - who isn't so little any more!).

Never had a cat to the groomer's, so I have no idea as to cost...

    Here are Petcetera's prices

But you are lucky that your kitty likes the water, so hopefully you can do it at home!

persian cats need regular grooming to prevent mats and hairballs
take your cat to a groomer and get a lions cut
your cat will thank you for it
becareful your cat's skin is not infected by the cut you gave her.
