I just scanned one of the specials and I did not get the 30 bonus points, just the standard ones.

Is anyone else having trouble with this app? Ive used it for a few weeks now, and had no issues. But today ... I tried to scan my Baker's semi sweet chocolate, and the bar code wasn't recognized. In addition, I scanned the jar of relish and received 15pts instead of the 25, and for the Uncle Bens rice, I received 15pts instead of the 30.

I think they are having problems with the chocolate but the reason you only 15pts instead of 25pts is because you will get the remaining bonus points after you rate it. This app is so new that im sure for the next few weeks there will be some problems and changes. But i still love it!!

Can someone please tell me how many points it takes to earn different gift cards? Subway for example. Do they mail you a physical gift card?

Oh for sure, this is a great app (and on their end, a great marketing tool as well). Usually, if you scan an item worth 30pts, you receive the 30pts, then the additional 1-3 points for rating it, and saying where you purchased it from. Anyone know if their program changed? Or just a slight glitch?

I think they changed how the bonus points are rewarded. Some when you scan and the rest when you rate it. That just applies to the bonus point products. Be sure to let us know what they respond with!!

Those are the only two that they mail you, they told me that all the other rewards are e-gift cards
