Yep. I just read the e-mail from them. Can't say that I'm all that surprised. A lot of people were disappointed when the app changed the structure of the program earlier this spring and now they have ended it all together.

I'm not actually sure how they made money at all.
I used to think it was the produces of the scanned items every week, however they were having some pretty strange items towards the end and I can't think all those companies would pay. Also I'm not sure what was in it for the companies, besides advertising but you didn't even have to buy the item to get points.
They also didn't have any ads in the app, so no money was made that a way.
The only other possibility that would come to mind is, selling all the data which was collected but I don't much money was made though that and the fact that the rewards were so cheap any profit that was made would have been lost to the rewards.

Anyways this app will be missed, especially since its one of the only Canadian rewards apps out there.
