just a small brag about an easy shopping experiance;
Yesterday I purchased 60 cans of apple juice and had 30 coupons to use with them. I was so impressed that the cashier I had didn't even bat an eye. She rang in the juice in multiple amounts instead of scanning each one and did the same thing with the coupons. I was all ready to be there for awhile and have to tell the cashier the total amount of coupons and then have to scuntinize my receipt to make sure evrything was correct.
I was out of there in like 2mins!!! (1L juice worked out to 70cents each after coupon)This thread is currently associated with: Apple

That's awesome, I love when the cashiers don't make a big deal.

Wow, congrats - I'd email HO and tell them about how good your experience was.

I'd definitely either call the store and give them a description of her if you didn't catch her name, or send HO an email if you did, they love hearing about the great cashiers!

You must have had an awesome cashier. I wish I had cashiers like that, so I wouldn't have to wait a whole hour before I can leave.

I completely agree with this. A lot of consumers are quick to complain when things go wrong, but what about when they go so amazingly perfect? Not only will you be getting the cashier a pat on the back but the letter would go into her personnel file. Imagine if she was promoted because of her amazing customer service. We need managers who think like this! Also, lets show these stores how much we appreciate good policies!

I always feel like I have to appologize to the cashier when I have more than 30 coupons. Some seem grouchy, most don't care and a few are just as excited to see how much I save as I do! I love it when that happens.

We are all so quick to complain when the cashiers give us problems, you should definately write an email or give a call and let them know how happy you were with the service. I've done it a few times. It reinforces good customer service!
