    This is just my opinion, but on Facebook companies are able to post their application forms, ads, videos, etc. that may be required to get the freebie. Twitter on the other hand is very limited to the tweets and therefor they would likely have to direct you to another site in order to have you sign up for the freebie.

    I could be wrong, but that is my guess.
